My passion for fitness started at a young age. Throughout my adolescent years, I played basketball, volleyball, and ran track & field. Upon graduating, I was left without a sport so I decided to take up weight training. I instantly fell in love with it and successfully competed in bikini competitions for some time. After I learned how to dial in my body composition, I went on to work full time in the fashion & fitness modeling field. When you're constantly traveling, getting a good work out in and eating right can be difficult, but I quickly adapted to a functional training approach and was constantly coming up with new meal ideas to get the nutrients I needed. After I became burnt out from traveling all the time, I decided to get my NASM personal training certification and share my passion for fitness with others. Because I am equally passionate about nutrition and fueling the body properly, I also obtained my NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification as well as my NASM Weight Loss specialization so that I can adequately assist with your relationship with food. That being said, I have had the privilege of training clients since 2011 and continue to learn about better ways to serve them. I went on to obtain my Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Utah, particularly in health, so that I can help clients in a variety of ways that is very specific to their needs.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages who are looking to lose weight, increase muscle mass, tone up, or simply want to live a healthier lifestyle. My first priority is my clients' happiness, and I thrive on helping each and every client feel better about the way they look, the way they think, and the overall quality of their lives.
